The workshop is open to current and prospective architecture and design students, phd candidates and young professionals. Software Requirements: Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino (SR7 or later) or an alternative CAD drafting software
All participants travelling from abroad are responsible for applying as early as possible and emailing us at: Jeddah@aaschool.ac.uk , their visa entry requirements into Saudi Arabia. Early applications are strongly recommended, as entry requirement procedures into Saudi Arabia are strict.
While the AA and Effat University will endeavor to secure entry visas for applicants, the decision remains at the discretion of the Saudi Embassy and thus both the AA and Effat are not held liable for visa issuance.
After payment of fees, the AA School can provide a letter confirming participation in the workshop.
The AA Visiting School requires a fee of £850 per participant, which includes a £60 Visiting membership fee. For details of Visiting Member benefits please click here. If you are already a member, the total fee will be reduced automatically by £60 by the online payment system.
Fees include tuition, but do not include accommodation and flights into Jeddah.
Students need to bring their own laptops, digital equipment and model making tools. Please ensure this equipment is covered by your own insurance, as the AA takes no responsibility for items lost or stolen at the workshop.
